President, Caroline Ault

Hi, I’m Caroline Ault, and I pledged at Purdue University, Delta Mu, in January 1979. Our family has enjoyed living in Mequon for 25 years and my husband, Doug and I have 2 children, Kira (also and Alpha Phi) and Will. We are also blessed with a wonderful son-in-law and grandson. Volunteering with Alpha Phi began long ago with the Marquette Chapter. Mentoring and working with college women has been an awesome experience and I now am lucky to serve our Alumnae Chapter. Gardening is my passion along with being active, traveling, cooking and spending summers in Door County. Please reach out if you have ideas to share and or if you would like to get involved! aoe

She has attended Alpha Phi International Convention and Alpha Phi Leadership courses in the last three years and strives to provide programming that interests our chapter.

VP of Programming, Katie Lesperance

My name is Katie Lesperance. I was initiated at the Delta Kappa Chapter of Alpha Phi at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. As a collegiate I was sisterhood chair, VP of Marketing, VP of Programming & Member Development, Chapter Events, and President. Since then, I have received my Master’s of Education from Marquette University in College Student Personnel Administration. I spent a year at Loyola University Chicago working for Sorority & Fraternity Life, and now serve as the Associate Director of Student Activities/Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Carroll University. I live in Milwaukee with my husband Tim, and dog Kaiser. I also am involved in Alpha Phi as Programming and Member Education Advisor (Eta Mu), Silver Circle facilitator for the Emerging Leaders Institute, and Risk Management Specialist.

VP Marketing, Heidi Richburg

Heidi pledged Beta Psi at San Jose State University and went alum from Beta Pi at University of Southern California. She got in touch with the alumnae chapter when she returned “home” from California. As a collegiate she served as Scholarship Chair, Standards Committee member, and as Panhellenic Treasurer. She is an engineer by education and now is staying home to raise her two daughters. She is passionate about family, travel, and her Mary Kay business.

Treasurer, Bonnie Caravella

Bonnie is a Milwaukee area native who attended UW-La Crosse. She remains in touch with several of her collegiate chapter sisters regularly in addition to hosting the annual potluck for the past few summers. Bonnie recently retired from her career to find that her schedule is more booked than ever with fun activities and her grandchildren. Bonnie has been our trusted treasurer for some time now.

Secretary, Stephanie Drake

Hello! My name is Stephanie Drake and I am a recent 2018 graduate from the Alpha Phi Eta Mu chapter at Marquette University. As an undergraduate I studied Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience and worked as our chapters Vice President of Risk Management and then as our Chaplain. I am currently studying at the Marquette University School of Dentistry and plan to graduate as a general dentist in 2022 with a residency following. I am honored and excited to serve as the Milwaukee area alumni chapter secretary and can’t wait to further develop my love for Alpha Phi.
